Network Change Training Conference (2)

The opening speaker at this week's Postwatch Network Change Conference was the DTI Minister for Post Jim Fitzpatrick who did not have far to travel since we were meeting in his building.

He described the conference as “an important event” and “a positive milestone”. He said that Postwatch has “a key role” and added “your role is critical”, while expressing full confidence in “the dedication and professionalism” of Postwatch in carrying out its role.

Usefully he emphasized that Government wishes the closures to be proportionate across the country.
