Postcomm (2): zonal pricing

This week, as part of its fourth annual London Forum, Postcomm held a workshop on Royal Mail's proposals for a new system of zonal pricing.

A presentation was made by Postwatch Council member Judith Donovan, supported by Postwatch Council David Bland, which was strongly critical of the proposals.
