A Success for Customers

In March this year, following a lengthly legal process, the Court of Appeal gave their judgment on how Postcomm's Bulk Mail Compensation Scheme should be interpreted. The original queries were rasied at the end of the 2003/4 financial year when customers believed they were entitled to more compensation than was offered.

Postwatch took this issue on and sought a Judicial Review of the decision and after years of hard work we are now delighted to hear that customers are beginning to recieve the money they are owed.

It's great to know that this compensation is now being paid and we'd love to hear from any other customers who have recieved payments.
