Beware of parcel scams

It has come to our attention that a chain e-mail has been circulating the Internet. It makes reference to a company called Parcel Delivery Services. It calls on the recipient to access a premium rate telephone number which is very costly to the caller and simply makes money for a scammer.

ICSTIS - the regulator for premium rate telephone services - appreciates that consumers want to find out more information about this sort of scam and have issued this statement.
